Family Medicine Residency Expansion

1. Work to be Done The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 151100-1246 titled Family Medicine Residency Expansion and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Description of Project: Complete demolition of existing suite and renovation to construct a physician`s office space as outlined in the contract documents. Scope of work: Renovation to the existing POB North Suite 3P at the Community Hospital location. Demolition and abatement of the existing suite will be required to accommodate the proposed 8 exam room suite that will support the existing Family Medicine department.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
