Architectural Services for Reed Green Coliseum Renovations

The project consists of renovating and retrofitting an existing coliseum on the northwest part of the campus, with professional services to include: 1. Discussion with Athletic Department on areas within the coliseum to renovate and cost estimates (concourse, restrooms, concessions stands, etc.) 2. Design of new loading dock ramp on southwest side of the coliseum 3. ADA updates 4. Replacement of roof 5. Redesign of seating areas 6. Design and location of practice facility attached to the current facility 7. Center hung score board from roof 8. Rigging points or grid designed, manufactured and installed in ceiling 9. Exterior enhancements (landscaping, paint, doors) 10. Main entrance to the facility facing W. 4th Street The project scope will include approx. 93,000 square feet of potential space to renovate/retrofit.
