Description

Make ADA and building code site improvements to the entrance of the Hunter House building located within Westmoor Park at 119 Flagg Road. Site improvements include, but are not limited to complete removal and replacement of the existing exterior concrete stair case, concrete ramp system, concrete sidewalks, and bituminous concrete accessible parking space. All new ramps and stairs shall include furnishing and installation of new code compliant color coated metal pipe handrails.
