Road Resurfacing Project for West Citrus Springs Boulevard, North Deltona Boulevard and South Canary Palm Terrace

Project 1 - Resurfacing services for two lanes of W Citrus Springs Blvd from N Santos Dr to US41, approximately 2.33 miles per lane (Attachment “A”). This includes limited milling of 1.5”, applying a lift of 1.5” of Open Grade Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete with a PG 76-22 polymer, and an asphalt finish course of 1.5” of FC 12.5 with PG 76-22 polymer. - Traffic Level C, pursuant to the current FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, July 2021. The Contractor, at their discretion, may choose to use an asphalt finish course of 1.5” of FC 12.5 - Traffic Level C in all median cross overs and adjacent road turnouts within the project work area. Work also includes, but is not limited to, the removal and construction of sidewalk segments (the saw cut and removal/replacement of the existing sidewalk will occur at the nearest existing joint and new sidewalk segments must meet all ADA and Standard specifications), removal and construction of driveway aprons, installing detectable warnings, removal and replacement or reinstallation of mailboxes, exposing and cleaning edge of existing pavement, limited milling, butt milling, paving, temporary and permanent pavement markings, redressing, installing bicycle markings and signage, installing new R.P.M.s, shoulder grading (Contractor is responsible for providing positive drainage away from the roadway surface and sidewalks), sodding, and other items. Project 2 - Resurfacing services for two lanes of N Deltona Blvd from W Homeway Loop to W Citrus Springs Blvd, approximately 3100 feet per lane (Attachment “A”). This includes applying a lift of 1.5” of Open Grade Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete with a PG 76-22 polymer and an asphalt finish course of 1.5” of FC 12.5 with PG 76- 22 polymer. - Traffic Level C, pursuant to the current FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, July 2021. The Contractor, at their discretion, may choose to use an asphalt finish course of 1.5” of FC 12.5 - Traffic Level C in all median cross overs and adjacent road turnouts within the project work area. Work includes, but is not limited to, exposing and cleaning edge of existing pavement, butt milling, paving, temporary and permanent pavement markings, redressing, installing bicycle markings and signage, installing new R.P.M.s, shoulder grading (Contractor is responsible for providing positive drainage away from the roadway surface), sodding, and other items. Project 3 - Resurfacing services for two lanes of S Canary Palm Ter from W Green Acres St to W Oaklawn St, approximately 1335 feet per lane (Attachment “A”). This includes milling of 1.5” then resurfacing with an asphalt finish course 1.5” thick, being FC 12.5 with PG 76-22 polymer binder - Traffic Level C, pursuant to the current FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, July 2021. Work includes, but is not limited to, exposing and cleaning edge of existing pavement, milling, paving, temporary and permanent pavement markings, redressing, installing new R.P.M.s, shoulder grading (Contractor is responsible for providing positive drainage away from the roadway surface), sodding, and other items.
