Northside Pool Pumphouse Replacement

Rebuild a 20' x 20' structure that was destroyed by Hurricane Florence located at the Northside Pool 750 Bess Street. Design should include: 1. Exterior - Stucco over block painted to match pool house 2. Interior - Seal, prime and paint with epoxy coating 3. Pressure treated roof trusses, 2" x 6" treated wall plates, 2" x 4" x 3' wood studs, and CDX 5/8" roof and wall sheathing 4. Asphalt shingles with 6 nails per tab 5. Commercial steel hollow core full louvered 3068 door, 20 gauge with stainless steel hardware. Prep for, supply, and install Grade 1 mortise lock with deadlatch, deadbolt function. Provide SFIC housing (Manufacturer: BEST) 6. Commercial steel hollow core full louvered 6068 door set, 20 gauge with stainless steel hardware. (Both doors should be full louvered). Prep for, supply, and install Grade 1 mortise lock with deadlatch, deadbolt function. Provide SFIC housing (Manufacturer: BEST) 7. 16" wall shutter exhaust fan 3 phase, V belt drive, 6175 cfm, 3/4 hp 8. 12" wall shutter exhaust fan one speed, direct drive, 1033 cfm, 1/20 hp 9. Meet Hurricane Category 4 wind load ratings or higher 10. All electrical components must be reinstalled after construction. 11. Install fencing around pump house area, including electrical service and heater, to match existing fence. Removal of the existing temporary pump house, disconnecting of all electrical components from the temporary structure, and installation of protective measures for the equipment will be completed by City personnel.
