This improvement includes construction of sanitary sewer and paving, including all labor, materials and equipment necessary for excavation and backfill of approximately 5,150 feet of 60-inch sanitary sewer in open cut, 1,000 feet of 42-inch, 54-inch and 60-inch sanitary sewer in trenchless construction, manholes, paving removal and replacement, traffic control, erosion control, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work; all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 642-033/128 located generally along Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway from S.W. 2nd Street to S.W. 16th Street in Des Moines, Iowa.
