Asphalt Resurfacing

This project provides for the asphalt overlay of the Turnpike eastbound and westbound lanes with superpave asphalt mixture. The project also provides for slab stabilization, concrete pavement patching, installation of S.N.A.P., Polyurea pavement markings, and post-mounted sign replacement. Maintenance and protection of Turnpike traffic is also included. Work items include, but are not limited to: 10,536 TON Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Thin Asphalt Overlay Wearing Course, PG 64E-22, 10 to < 30 Million ESALs, 6.3 mm Mix, SRL-E 48,699 TON Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Binder Course, PG 64S-22, 10 to < 30 Million ESALs, 19 mm Mix 234,176 SY Milling Bituminous Pavement, Various Depths 95,850 LB Polyurethane for Slab Stabilization OR 109,544 GAL Asphalt for Slab Stabilization 180,350 LF Polyurea Pavement Markings of Yellow and White 75,035 EA Sonic Nap Alert Pattern (S.N.A.P.) 529 SF Post Mounted Signs, Various Types
