Description	A design consultant to design a new 500,000-gallon leachate tank, a new 3,750,000-gallon leachate pond, replacement of the membrane liner on the existing leachate pond, piping and pumping improvements and installation of a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) to be able to control system functions, remotely monitor system and record system operational data including but not limited to tank and pond levels, flow rates and total flows to various infrastructure.
