Renovate former K-Mart, subdivided to create a TJ Maxx / HomeGoods combination store, a JC Licht and a future tenant space. Phase 1-Shell Work, demolition of existing interior non-load bearing walls, lights and ceilings. New construction of interior demising wall and tenant separation.
