2023 Overlay Project

Major work items include: Mobilization, Planing Bituminous Pavement, HMA CL. ½ PG 58H-22 Fiber Reinforced, Flaggers, work. Cost estimate range: $ 2,800,000 to $3,500,000 this project is subject to mandatory apprentice utilization requirements where no less than fifteen percent (15%) of the labor hours are to be performed by apprentices All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such bid proposa The Board of Thurston County Commissioners may waive informalities in the bid ding, reject any or all bid s for good cause, reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid deposit, republish the call for bid s, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of Thurston County is served
