Description

Existing grease trap is a 15 gallon capacity in line metal grease trap located inside the mechanical room of the Bowling Alley. The current unit is under sized and is subject to recurring overflow. New grease trap installation location will be on the exterior east side of the building. Trenching, excavating and existing drain line tie-in will be performed. Provide and install a new pre cast concrete in ground 300 gallon capacity grease trap. New grease trap will have at least one manhole cover (minimum 20") to provide adequate access for periodic inspection and cleaning. A Site visit to field verify all dimensions and site conditions is highly encouraged. (See Attachment 3: Technical Exhibit).
