Annual Pressure Cleaning, Point/Tuck and Seal of County Buildings

Pressure washing building and exterior inspection shall be done and for buildings with brick or block exterior to assess the need for point/tuck to take place. With that inspection the contractor shall review exterior the windows and door frames to confirm the integrity of the caulk. The range of pressure washing shall consist of horizontal and vertical washing, and shall include, but not be limited to, walls, doors, Windows, soffits, fascia, awnings, gutters, trim, etc. Surface material generally includes but shall not be limited to, concrete, masonry, brick, wood, metal, glass, aluminum, and exterior insulation finishing systems. Pressure washing shall remove all, foreign material to include, but not be limited to, mold, oil, grease, adhesives, sand, and dirt (Section Cleaning Chemicals). Location: 1.
