Description

This contract is intended to cover the furnishing F.O.B. Waller County Road and This contract will be for one (1) year period, beginning January 6, 2021 with renewal for two (2) years in one (1) year increments, exercisable at the sole discretion of the County. Waller County shall provide written notice of its intent to exercise its renewal option at least thirty (30) days prior to the anniversary date of the contract.
