Methodist Hospital-Landmark will be in a roughly 150,000-square-foot building once home to Forest Park Medical Center, a medical facility that closed in 2015. Methodist acquired the site prior to the pandemic. The new hospital, which could be operational by 2023, is expected to provide a mix of medical and surgical services. "We think that's the best way for us to serve our community and the best use of that facility," Methodist Healthcare President and CEO Allen Harrison said.
