This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes: GENERAL, HVAC, PLUMBING, and ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION. PROJECT TITLE: The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the renovations to Building #55, located at Fort Mifflin, PA National Guard Readiness Center, Philadelphia County, PA and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents. ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $200,000 - $400,000 Liquidated Damages = (.1) $130.00 per day, There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project
