Rehabilitation of the South Cayuga Street Bridge over Six Mile Creek

The project includes the following major items of work: 1. Removal and replacement of the existing superstructure with new weathering steel girders and a reinforced concrete deck slab. 2.Removal and replacement of existing bridge mounted water and sanitary mains. 3. Abutment bridge seat and backwall reconstruction. 4. Installation of new elastomeric bridge bearings. 5. Minor approach and intersection roadway work. 6. Abutment scour repairs.
