Description | Project No.: 7065834 LOCATION The work is located at MCAS Cherry Point building 4390, approximately as indicated. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer. (Clauses incorporated in Base Contract apply to this solicitation) Title: Repair UST Components (BLDG 4390 TLS & Associated Programming) NAICS Code and Standard Size: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, 16.5 Million Contract Completion Date: All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Wage Determination: General Decision NC20230065 01/06/2023 Liquidated Damages: $32 per calendar day of delay Basis for Award: Lowest Price Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 calendar days after receipt of offers Bond Requirements: Bid bonds are required in accordance with FAR 28-101-4. An electronic copy of your bid bond must be submitted with your proposal. An electronic copy of your bid bond will be requested from the apparent low upon confirmation of their price and must be submitted to the FEAD office within one (1) week from time of request. Failure to submit an electronic copy of your bid bond with your proposal will result in your proposal being deemed nonresponsive and your proposal removed from consideration.
