Tennis Lighting Upgrade

Provide to tennis lighting upgrades for the Lighthouse Point Tennis Center located inside Frank McDonough Park located at 3500 NE 27 Avenue, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064. Selected Proposer will provide: 1. Obtain all required building permits. City will waive its permit fees. 2. Delivery of materials to jobsite. 3. Remove eighteen (18) existing metal halide lighting fixtures, and retrofit with LED lighting fixtures that are equal to or greater than Class III lighting as specified by the United States Tennis Association (USTA). 4. Cut-off mounting plates from brackets and install slip-fitters with new knuckle brackets. 5. Sanding and priming of sixteen (16) light poles with acrylic DTM black paint. 6. Install eighteen (18) LED fixtures and connect to existing power source. 7. Installation shall include mounting fixtures, commissioning of controls, and providing control training. 8. Light fixtures shall be wind loaded on existing poles per Broward County Code and certified by a State of Florida Licensed Professional Engineer. 9. Final cleanup of jobsite, including removal and disposal of current light fixtures.
