CAT6 Installation for Base Building Security Camera Upgrades

SJP Properties would like electrical contractor to submit proposal for electrical work for the aforementioned project based on the attached security locations of 30 cameras and the following: Contractor to: o Install conduit where needed in basement. o Install conduit where needed in tenant space. o Install conduit in penthouse to elevator raceway. o Utilize riser conduit in electric room for pathway to the penthouse. o Drill exterior of building for (2) camera. o Drop off CAT6 cable at each elevator control box located in elevator machine room. o All cabling must be CAT6. Additional, please NOTE the following list of clarifications: 1. Removal of existing coaxial cable pulled out to dumpster supplied by others. 2. Overtime for work in tenant space only. 3. Miscellaneous drywall cuts MUST BE kept to a minimum. Patch work by others. 4. Any painting and patching by others. 5. Sales Tax is not included for labor (must supply ST-8). 6. Permit Fees and Engineering by others.
