Description

Provide all Building Official Services for a renovation and new roof at Fort Myers Technical College (FMTC) to include updating facilities.Provide Building Official Services to renovate and provide a new roof at the Fort Myers Technical College (FMTC) campus. The evaluation will determine how to best utilize the campus to meet current and future technical college demands. Facilities to be upgraded through this project include new and expanded classroom facilities within the existing structure. It is expected that some programs will remain in their existing facilities while others will move to other buildings on the campus. The project is expected to be complete by August 2023.
