Campground Improvements Phase 1

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) through the Division of Parks and Watercraft is responsible for the management of 56 campground facilities located in state parks throughout the State of Ohio. This Design Build project is the first of multiple phases to develop a new full-service campground in the location of the Shawnee State Park Golf Course at 4404 State Route 125 in West Portsmouth, Ohio. Full-service campsites include individual utility hookups consisting of electrical, water, and sanitary connections. Phase 1 of the Shawnee State Park Campground Improvements will consist of basic roadway and some utility infrastructure including water and electric for a portion of the campsites. Ultimate buildout through multiple phases will include wastewater collection and treatment, complete water, electric, and data utilities, restrooms/showers, campground check-in office, renovations to the existing pro shop, swimming pool, and amphitheater, among other items.

Division 13 -	Special Construction, Swimming Pools.
Division 27 -	Communications, Audio-Video Systems, Integrated Audio-Video Systems and Equipment, Integrated Audio-Video Systems and Equipment for Theaters.
Division 46 -	Water and Wastewater Equipment, Water and Wastewater Advanced Treatment Equipment.
