This project is the reconstruction of SR 4004 and realignment of Eagleville Road and Crawford Road to form a four leg intersection. The various construction activities involved includes roadway, two culvert structures, a retaining wall, drainage and other stormwater management, traffic signals, signing and pavement markings and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 4004, SECTION MTF in MONTGOMERY COUNTY, LOWER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP from approximately 900 feet south of Eagleville Road at segment 0050 offset 0202 to approximately 750 feet north of Eagleville Road at segment 0050 offset 1902.
