2022 State of Good Repair (SGR) Milling, Overlay, and Striping of Flexible Roadway Surfaces

The City of Virginia Beach is accepting sealed bids from qualified individuals and/or organizations that provide but is not limited to milling, edge clipping, saw cutting, hauling and disposal of removed asphalt materials, asphalt patching, asphalt overlay, adjustment of utility fixtures, restoration of shoulders and driveways, pavement markings, loop detectors, installation / replacement of ADA ramps, traffic control, and clean up. No Pre-Bid Conference Available The City of Virginia Beach Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids/proposals in Whole or in Part and to Wave Any Informalities in the Bid/proposal Process and Reserves the Right to Enter Into Any Contract Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City. The Specifications in This Bid/proposal Are Intended as a Quality Indicator and Guide for Your Bidding/response and Unless Otherwise Stated, the City Will Consider Alternate Bids/proposals of Equal or Better Quality, Which Shall Be Accompanied by Descriptive Literature. The Entire Contents of This Invitation to Bid/request for Proposal, Any Addenda, and Bidder's/proposer's Response Shall Be Incorporated Into Any Resulting Contract.
