2023 Portage County Probate Court Renovation

The Bid Guarantee is conditioned to provide that if the Bid is accepted and awarded the Bidder will enter into a contract with the County and will file a Performance Bond as required. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the sum of 100 percent of the contract price for the faithful performance of the Contract. If the Bidder selects Bid Guarantee Option A, the Bidder may use this Bond as the Performance Bond. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of his experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Each Proposal must be sealed and marked: Portage County Probate Court Renovation. Bidders attention is called to the minimum prevailing State wage rates required to be paid, as ascertained by the State of Ohio, Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Prevailing Wage, Minimum Wage and Minors. The Portage County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
