Pool Repairs - Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park Pool

The work shall consist of, but is not limited to: Dechlorinate and drain the pool while properly controlling water table. Remove and replace expansion joint. Remove damaged tiles and legally dispose. Reset and re-grout new backsplash tile and depth markers in accordance with applicable Florida Code. Contractor is responsible for complete job site clean up after the project is complete. Contractor is responsible to refill and restart the pool. The existing backsplash tile is blue in color and approximately 4.5-inches. Replacement tiles will be provided by the County and are located on-site
