Construction of New Parking Lot at the Michael Talbott Service Center

This project consists of furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for construction of a new reinforced concrete parking lot incorporating Low Impact Development ( LID ) features while protecting as many existing trees as possible. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, earthwork, constructing storm sewer and outfalls, installing concrete pavement, installing LID features, upgrading Americans with Disabilities Act ( ADA) parking spaces, parking lot pavement marking s, overhead lighting, direct bury pre -cast concrete light poles and light pole supports. All work is to be done while protecting existing trees to remain.
