Powhatan Community Center Addition and Renovation

The project consists of preparing the site for and constructing an approximate 1,200 square foot addition to the existing building. Renovation improvements to approximately 1,200 square feet of the existing facility will include demolition and reconfiguration of existing restrooms for ADA accessibility, relocated office areas for increased visibility, and alterations to existing storage rooms and kitchen. Improvements to an additional 2,100 square feet of existing facility include interior finish updates with new acoustical ceilings and light fixtures.
