Venice Park Renovation

All questions must be submitted in writing. The deadline for written questions is May 19, 2023 @ 12:00 pm. (EST). Scope of Work: Furnish materials and labor to remove existing cedar split rail and replace with new PVC 2 rail white vinyl ranch fence. The fence will be 36 tall and all posts will be set in concrete. Furnish materials and install 12 X 10 ax 6 deep concrete kayak ramp at designated area. Ramp will be installed 24 into water area. Repair and fill concrete voids at picnic shelter on 2 sides with concrete fill and trowel to complete. Furnish materials and labor to install 2 - 8 x 8 viewing/fishing decks with pressure treated materials for base and frame along with composite deck boards. One of the decks will have a rail and ramp to allow wheelchair access. All lumber will be ground contact treated. Deck boards will be Castle Gray composite.
