Monroe County Historic Jail Museum Buildout

Project consists of historic renovation of the Monroe County Historic Jail building, a historic circa 1910 concrete and brick masonry building with a wood framed roof structure. The historic building will be repaired, including restoration of interior and exterior finishes. The work will include new ADA restrooms, a water fountain, and utility sinks. New mechanical electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems will be installed in the building. A small lobby will be renovated in the adjacent existing building to provide ADA elevator access to the second floor.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
