| Description | Berkshire Community Action Council (BCAC) is requesting contractors who perform heating system maintenance, repairs and replacements, air source heat pump installs, chimney repairs and liner installations and those who perform asbestos abatement, to provide proposals for its low-income heating system repair and replacement program. Please contact Julie Craumer by calling 413-418-3664. Completed proposals must be received by 3 PM on September 9, 2022 at which time they will be opened. All proposals are subject to negotiation.
