Description | The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a competitive requirement for up to four commissioning firms to provide indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for Commissioning Authority (CxA) services, for a period of one year with four one-year options. Professional services under this contract will primarily consist of CxA services for new construction, major renovations, and retro-commissioning projects in support primarily EPA laboratory facilities nationwide. EPA's laboratories are, for the most part, unique facilities that contain complex building systems for environmental research and analyses. Work may include but is not limited to review of design documents; development of commissioning plans; commissioning of facilities and systems; preparation of reports; and development of electronic system manuals. The Contractor will be required to become knowledgeable about EPA’s facilities through existing documentation and, where necessary, through site visits and interviews with EPA staff. Also, the Contractor shall have offices located throughout the country since support is required at the EPA facilities nationwide. |
