Description

ETSU Infectious Disease West Park Second Floor Renovation: Construction of a new pharmacy. This pharmacy will not be a compounding pharmacy so no additional mechanical will be required. Select renovations in the existing check-in/check-out area to create a lab, office, and a surgical room. Select plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical work is to be included. Replace the existing VAV (Variable Air volume) boxes with new Trane VAV boxes and address any required HVAC duct modifications.
