Private Sewer Lateral Rehabilitation Project

As of June 26, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. This project consists of replacement of 44 sewer laterals (either full replacement or point repair as indicated in the bid documents). The Contractor shall perform point repair or replacement of laterals by open cut or cured in place pipe (CIPP) and post-construction CCTV after replacement, point repair, or CIPP is completed to verify compliance with the Contract Documents. The work may also include but not limited to the following: clearing, grubbing, removal of obstructions, removal and restoration of existing curb, gutter, sidewalk, roadway pavement, inlets, signs, trees, removal and trimming, diversion of sewage flow, protection of existing utilities and appurtenances. No Bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price. The Bid Security shall be in the form of (a) cash, (b) a cashier's check made payable to M1W, (c) a certified check made payable to M1W, or (d) a Bid Bond, in the form set forth herein, executed by an admitted surety insurer, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120, in favor of M1W Questions Due in Writing by Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 5 pm
