| Description | The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and manpower to install 6500 linear feet of bicycle fencing (4 ft high) lined with (preferably green but other colors are acceptable) snow/Foreign Object/Debris (FOD) fencing extending from the ground up and secured with zip ties to prevent FOD from reaching the airfield. This contract will provide for the delivery, set up, and tear down of the bicycle fencing, to include securing the snow fencing to the bicycle fencing for FOD prevention. |
