Lawn Care Services for Row

Close Date & Time 5/17/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa DOT is looking for qualified vendors to provide lawn mowing/maintenance services for Right of Way (ROW) Properties in the specific district listed within this solicitation between April 25 to October 30. Lawn Mowing services will be needed for the lawns listed at each property per the attached specifications (Approximately 2.66 acres total). It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. The successful bidder will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for five (5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. Renewals are not a guarantee and must be a mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the Iowa DOT We are requesting the contract begin after award, approximately May 17, 2023.
