This Invitation for Bids is for the construction of The Enclave At Lohmans: Main St./Lohmans Spur Rd., Lohman s Enclave Single Family Residential, The Enclave Multi Family Southwest Townhomes, and The Enclave Multi Family Southeast Townhomes. The work generally consists of Streets, Street Excavation, Water, Wastewater, Drainage, and Erosion Control Improvements (the Project ).
