| Description | The Contract period shall be for one year from Contract Work includes removal of old logos and decals, power brush loose debris/rust, spray paint or roll (depending on condition). Additional Requirements: a) Painting: Remove any loose paint, dirt, old decals, and rust on the dumpster. The surface shall be smoothed, primed, and painted. b) Repairs: If during the course of preparation and painting work, the Contractor identifies additional repairs needed, the Contractor shall immediately bring such repairs to the attention of the County's Project Supervisor. The Contractor shall provide the County with an estimate for such additional repairs. Additional repairs shall be on a time and materials basis. If any container requires repair of steel walls for flooring, the vendor must remove the old section, replace it with an equivalent like-new material which is primed, fabricated piece with properly supported and welded with a continuous weld. After the new section is installed, the dumpsters shall be primed and painted. Prime any bare metal and paint the entire dumpster. | ||
