The Board of Education of Baltimore County invites Contractors to bid on the "Red House Run Elementary School - Replacement School - Rebid of Packages 9A, 9B, and 9C", Solicitation Number JBO-717-22 (PSCP# 03.109.22 LPC). Any inquiries regarding the specifications and/or the solicitation document shall be IN WRITING and submitted per the instructions in the solicitation document Part II Section 11.0 Inquiries During Bidding. Verbal questions will not be taken. All bidders shall be pre-qualified prior to the Bid Opening by Baltimore County Department of Public Works (BCDPW), Contracts Division as follows: 1.
