| Description | Consists of the collection and disposal in the manner herein described of all municipal solid waste (hereinafter “MSW”) including yard waste from all residential and some commercial establishments (including single-family and multi-family dwelling units) within the limits of the Borough. The scope of work under the Contract for Recycling consists of the collection of the following recyclable materials: clear and colored glass, aluminum, steel and bimetallic cans, newsprint (glossy inserts included), junk mail, plastic, and corrugated cardboard. |
