https://www.bizjournals.com/columbus/news/2022/07/15/office-q2-columbus-recovery.html Owners of large office towers downtown are working on repositioning the buildings. Edwards Cos. is renovating the PNC tower and turning it into a mixed use building, the Fifth Third Center is being upgraded and the Continental Centre is being converted to apartments. ____________________ Plans call for the construction of a mixed-use development, comprised of ground floor restaurant or retail use and 152 residential units. Amenities include a pool, 400 space subterranean parking garage, and fitness center. As of March 3, 2022, no permits have been submitted to the City of Columbus. The City of Columbus Planning Commission approved the project and granted it a certificate of appropriateness on October 28th, 2021. Information regarding the method of general contractor selection has not been disclosed.
