Description

Provide "Snow Removal Services" at the Customs Cargo Inspection Facility, 2810 W. Fort St., Detroit, MI 48216. The awardee shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment (including heavy equipment and snow shovels) and supplies necessary to provide plowing and removal of snow and ice from entrances, driveways, roadways, parking areas, handicapped accessibility areas, approaches, and from around the portals (scanners/detectors – see COR for details) within the property lines of Federal property 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, as described herein or as directed by the COR. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, and City laws, and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to OSHA. - For Snow Removal requirements: Legacy 03FAC SINs: 371 001 - Grounds Maintenance 811 002 - Complete Facilities Maintenance (includes grounds maintenance/snow removal) New MAS Consolidated: 561730 - Grounds Maintenance
