Freeway Manor South Area - M-410008 - City of Houston

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Provides ROW acquisition, design and construction of storm drainage improvements, necessary concrete paving, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and underground utilities to serve the Freeway Manor Sub, CDP outfall C0281 and adjacent drainage areas, Sims Bayou Watershed.
