DCFA 506 - Water & Sewer System Infrastructure Construction Management Services & Related Services

The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) is interested in procuring construction management and related services to deliver its Capital Improvement Projects for various Water & Sewer System Infrastructure, as required. DC Water is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Statements of Qualifications and Technical Proposal (RFQ/RFP) to contract with qualified firms that will provide complete construction management services to include but not limited to: Design Phase, Bid Phase and Construction Phase services. The purpose of this solicitation and any resulting contract is to establish a Construction Management Services Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to support the Department of Engineering and Technical Services (DCFA-506). The determination of the number of contracts to be awarded is at the sole discretion of DC Water. This solicitation is anticipated to select two (2) firms to provide construction management services for Department of Engineering and Technical Services (DCFA-506). The contract term shall be three (3) year base term with two (2) year optional term at DC Waters discretion.
