Description

Desires to convert a 14-mile segment ("Segment 2") of I-64 to include Express Lanes. Under this RFP, VDOT intends to enter a Contract with a qualified Toll System Integrator (TSI) firm to (i) supply and implement a Toll System solution; and (ii) provide the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services for the implemented solution.
