The Pyramid Lake Housing Authority (PLHA), Hereinafter Called The Owner, Is Seeking Price Quotes From Qualified Indian Enterprises And Non-indian Enterprises For Central Air/furnace Project-75 Units. All Price quotes will be reviewed prior to contractor award by the Board of Commissioners Notice is hereby given that all contractors and subcontractors shall be obligated to comply with all Tribal Ordinances as adopted by the Pyramid Lake Tribe involved with this project, including but not limited to the Tribal Material and Use Tax and the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The contract will be awarded to the most responsible contractor whose price conforms to the solicitation. Any price quote which exceeds the total available funding may be, for such reason only, considered non-responsive and no right attaches to such price quote, which may be otherwise responsive, for the contract award. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all price quotes, and to waive any informality in the process whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
