Mount Rushmore National Monument Repair Parking Garage This is a invitation for bids. The resulting contract is expected to be a firm fixed price construction contract. The complete specifications, drawings, provisions and clauses are available. Project Description: Removal and replacement of approximately 645 SF of concrete surfacing to correct ABA deficiencies. Removal to a depth of 1.5 IN to avoid existing reinforcing steel and replacement concrete to correct slopes. Approximate 67 SF of full depth concrete removal near the leaking beam to correct water intrusion issues and replacement with new concrete and sealing of the area with penetrating concrete sealer. Beam repair will include shoring to support structural elements during replacement. Project Location: Mount Rushmore National Memorial, 13000 SD Highway 244, Keystone, SD 57751 Magnitude of Project: Between $250,000 and $500,000. Bonds: Required as stated in block 12.
