Description

This Project includes but is not limited to replacing two existing rooftop HVAC units at the Carson City Community Center. The bid price shall include costs for engineer design and specifications, local and state permitting, removal of existing units, installation of new units with any required plumbing/venting, and all tools, equipment, materials, and labor for the full installation of the two new HVAC units. The project includes all common phases of construction customarily associated with this type of project.
