Van Vorst and Hamilton Park - Dog Run Renovations

The work consists of the following: 1. Specific dog run area demolition and preparation for turf to be installed by others. 2. Removal / reinstall and disposal of existing site improvements, as designated on the drawings that include but are not necessarily limited to; clearing and grubbing, excavation, fencing, and select concrete slab. 3. Earthwork. Excavation for new foundations, site grading, drainage installation, and existing drainage repair. 4. Installation of new site furnishings (benches, trash cans, etc.) as specified or as shown on the drawings. 5. Installation of new concrete, footings, and flatwork. 6. Painting; rust removal, clean, prime and paint designated railings and fencing. Installation of new dog fountains to existing water lines and new water lines from existing water lines to new hose bibs.
