Description

Design-Builder shall furnish all design, construction, and commissioning of the community pool facility. Upon completion of the project, the Design-Builder will provide a fully functional, turn-key facility. Design-Builder shall provide supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, obtaining all required permits, and performing all operations required to construct the Town of Medley Capital Improvements.
