Apply two coats of commercial grade sealer per industry standards, restripe and renumber parking spaces with colors selected by property owner. The above work at Riverside Place is to be performed on one main parking lot located behind Riverside Place off of Rodd Street, one annex parking area located off of Main Street on the east side of Riverside Place and one turn around area located at the main entrance of Riverside Place off of Main Street.
